3 to 5 story residence with or without an elevator. Some apartments have their own parking space while other buildings have a free public parking lot next to the residence. Most of the apartments have a beautiful view of the sea or the port. The Conque and Vieux Cap beaches are less than 500 meters away, shops are less than 300 meters away and the center of town-port area is 1,000 meters away.
